We are in the service industry and every potential customer has to come to you, how they found you, doesn't matter, but that first contact is the make or break, all franchise HQs are almost doctrinaire in turning you into a businessman so that can turn that inquirey into a sale, how many times have you been disapointed on the phone with "Allo" or "Who that" or "He ain't in".
