I don't put water in mine, it just accumulates from the mop.

I think I might go with a slimmer mop sleeve and maybe cut the mop handle aperture down on my old bob, so the mop sits lower, and then maybe make a blanking plate to fill the LH mop aperture. If that works then I may cannibalise a new BoB.
If that fails, could be an unger classic with a thinner mop sleeve.

Do any of these BoB companies field test their products...?

Run your applicator between your thumb and forefinger to remove most liquid, then once in a while when you feel it's full just tip it out?  ???

@ cozy, yea that's what I ment.  :)

my modified pulex boab / the front bit holds a wet sill rag and  the boab is about 3 or4 inches shorter cos this then lets the applicator soak up water from the bottom

i say boab coz i use it as a bucket on a belt. i.e., i put water in. i use 18 inch applicator so it reaches bottom. not much wet leg syndrome for me. must be my super sexy slim legs.... or is it that they bend inwards..lol

This is a good topic. I came on here today to ask the same question as i am fed up with the wet leg, even a custy was laughing about it. I was wondering if there are any work trousers that can be bought that have waterproof sides at the top?

Anyone?
