Job In Leeds - Any Takers?

Communal areas to a block needs doing in the centre of Leeds before this Friday, I don’t have the time. I will pay cash on completion.

Truck mounts only as running water is not on site.
Must have relevant insurance and cover of £5M.

Job Details,,

21-22 Park Row, Leeds

1st Floor Landing - 126f2

Corridors off above - 80 f2

Dog-leg landing - 64 f2

Steps (10 of)

 

2nd Floor landing inc off shoots - 270 f2

Steps (12 of)

Dog leg landing - 120 f2

Steps (5 of)

 

3rd Floor landing inc off shoots - 270 f2

Steps (14 of)

 

4th Floor landing inc off shoots - 427 f2

1 large cream coloured 100% Wool rug!!.

Steps (3 large)

 

5th Floor (Up metal spiral staircase) inc corridor - 194 f2

Steps (3 large)

 

 

 Total - £ 300.00


Ps.. Job is outside a double yellow. But you would not cause any obstruction to the main road as the kerb goes into an alcove.

1550 sq ft, 31 steps and a large rug for £225.
Im quite cheap compared to some TM guys and i would want £600

As Mark says..... and add to the total area the management of the hoses.

Dont think there will be a rush to form a queue unless someone is really really starved.

Could do it with a cfr if you filled it up first but at that price not for me, what would I do with all of that money?

I'll do it for £500, no messing I like Leeds providing I don't take the wife it should be a good profit day and keep away from the shops.
