Public Apology
« on: June 27, 2009, 10:17:54 pm »
Just wanted to say sorry to Alex Gardiner and all at Gardner Pole Systems for me going on a little too much in bad supplier thread.

My intentions were sincere as all I really wanted was for someone to say sorry for the mistake made, and Alex did that. The issue was never about not being able to do the job but simply that I felt that someone should take responsibility for the mistake made.

As this was my first experience dealing with Gardiner pole systems it seems that I jumped the gun and should have given them a chance to put things right, which now is hopefully underway.

I must say I am impressed that Alex has taken the effort to sort this out at 10.00pm on a saturday night

You had a legitimate complaint about a supplier and the mistake acknowledge, fortunately it’s a company that deals with these issues better than a lot of there competition.

Your complaint was with Gardiner Pole Systems and the service, not with the individual Alex.

No reason to apologies to people on here who brown nose, Alex is probably a little embarrassed and understand behaviour like that can have a negative affect on his business.

I'm not embarrassed, more personal comments have been posted about me on this forum! I'm just disappointed that the mistake has happened in the first place. It would be great if we got it right first time for 100% of our customers - that is our aim.
