It's impossible for us to just list out risks, as each risk assessment must be relevant to that particular job.
There maybe pot holes at one site but not another.
Overhead cables at one site but not another.
Members of public, traffic etc etc
A risk assessment needs a site visit for that particular job to look for any possible problems,
A general one wont be a problem when you hand it over to the buildings manager but when there is an accident or incident that wasnt properly covered in your RA you might be in deep poo
SO just write down 3 columns, first is risks, 2nd is how likely they will be 3rd how you will manage them - think of everything on the site - job done
So eg would be, overhead cables - likely, make sure to work away from them, lower pole befiore moving, not work in heavy winds etc or use another access equipment if cables are too close
bla bla bla
BUt make sure you stick to what you put, ie dont say will not use ladders if you are going too, coz again it might come back to bite you in the ass
YOu can build an ra out of that
