Check out the trade mag’s like CHT/CM they have companies who do software that may help you.

See www.yview.co.uk  This is an excellent, easy to use package which has been designed by a cleaning company (with professional support, of course) for cleaning companies.  It will take care of all your day to bookings and customer management issues.
