I walked round with her, trying to sound like this was just ANOTHER job *yawn* that we do these ALL the time *yawn* working with clients with special or one-off circumstances, like weddings, *yawn*

I started to feel I swung it when I said that it would be just one less problem for her to worry about prior to the day, so long as she just gave us the go ahead and we could put everything in place. I secured the job 3 months ago and told her then that Id calla month prior to the date and the week before, to allow for any changes or planning, marquee, that kind of thing, which I have done.
She did get a written quote too.
I told her the price reflected the fact that I'd allowed 2 days for it and 'unforeseen' circumstances, I was guaranteeing her having the job done and not having to worry about it, and that she WOULD! be highly satisfied with the job, remember.
So, yes a great price, they dont all land the right way up, but the circumstances helped.
Tell ya what, there was an ingredient 'x' involved...............my flyer
