Someone has hit the nail on the head with a quote right on the mark.
For your info: the roof took 3 hours, I wanted to be sure it was done properly, that was the thing that concerned her the most, and she is holding a wedding there, so I thought was worth doing well.
When I went round to quote I implied these kind of jobs are nothing unusual and that she would at least have one less worry prior to the big day if she just handed the job over and left the rest to us (well, me

)
Theres no way the job could be done in 2 hours. Well, it could have, but it wouldnt have been done properly, professionally or with the hope of a recommendation or picking up the windows on a regular basis.
However, saying that it didnt take as long as I kinda figured. Ever get that feeling of wondering how the custy feels when you bill them after being there after such a short time? I left the final rinse on the windows til tomorrow for that reason.
