Hi Kevin
As you will probably find when looking through the forum on this subject, we have all found it difficult in the begining to find the best price for our customers. After sending in a few tenders and finding out from the client through trial and error how the pricing was, you will be able to gauge the average pricing up.
To get to the prices!!....Price the job with a view to having it staffed with a couple of cleaners, your cleaning materials and equipment.....which is not a lot really.....and add ontop some profit for yourself.
Failing that, call your contact and be cheekey and ask what there budget is for the site and do the prices accordingly.
Have fun and let us all know how you fair....but do not be put off if you do not get it, but use it as a learning curve for later tenders.
Remember too that they will be looking for all the Health and Safety information along with proceedures etc etc which has been discussed in length in one of the other postings..
Kind Regards
Tim
