digital flow master
« on: June 14, 2009, 02:37:15 pm »
A quick question, connect up the digital flow master and comes up flashing BAT, does this always happen, as the non digital one on new system works fine on the same battery.
Pump does not work at all with the digital, highly annoying as need this system up and running for work tomorrow morning.
Also if it is the battery will this happen all the time when battery gets low ie no pumping ?

Help!!!

I knew I should not have gone tech on this item

When i went from analog to digital i had the same thing, i was using varistream though, so i rang up and they said that the units will have different low battery warnings, so it may work on your analouge one and the digital one its saying not enough power for it. Chrage your battery or get your old flow master out and spin it right round.

nothing wrong with the battery as have been using it for 5 months and last 2 days easy.

I have a spare normal flow master, just wanted to know why it was doing it, I will be sending it back if it is faulty and not up to the job, I just need to find out why it is doing it.
it seems if this is a low battery warning it is way over kill as the other pump and controller have full power going to them :-\
