yep that's them. they approached me via the wfc. did a few small jobs, then a huge job. they paid as per terms and conditions halfway thru. then refused to pay. took them to court and won. now they are wasting time appealing. the arrogant sods even sent letters saying they would have paid had i not taken them to court. so the judge will just thro it out. then i will send in the court bailiffs.

They approached you thorugh wfc. Who are they? Do you mean Window cleaning Fed. It will be worth letting them know as it gives them a bad reputation too
