I have been asked by one of my customers re gutter cleaning at a commercial premises in Crawley, West Sussex.  It's a bit tricky as it's triple floor height and there is an embankment along one side (the slope is sloping down towards the property).  There is quite a lot of stuff in the gutters as it can be seen growing over the top.  This is a gutters only job.  It definitely needs some type of gutter vacuum system as they are an H & S conscious company.  Other maintenance, including window cleaning, is already accounted for.
A one off is definitely required but there may be room to discuss a regular (possibly annual) gutter clean.
I could ask for a quotation and lump something on but to be honest, I would rather just be the introducer and let you discuss direct with the customer.  They do like a good standard of work, please note.
