i use a pair of step ladders with 3 treads for bungs, looks more proffesional and saves streching, sometimes find i get sore knees on ladder if resting them on a rung,so ikeep them off the rung

ladders not so much of a problem I use a step box as its easy to keep spare scrim in rather than pockets

Just wondering what you mean mate,

Have you got standard window cleaning pockets for your scrim?

Stretching the hamstrings (touch your toes) and deep squats will stop this.

Wash yer feet, use a cheese grater for your bunions and cut your toenails before they curl under!
