Wondered how you put your tfr a conservatory roof.

Am after something cheap and cheerfull

hand pumped but it works well, not that i have done it ( though i have 2 in the garage ), but thats got to be the best idea

Depends on how much work you have for it.
I make the diluted solution up in a 25ltr container and then transfer it.I use an old brush which can be switched to differant size poles if needed.I apply to the plastics and then agitate it just enough to loosen it up and then spray again and move onto the next part.After i have done about 10 meters of gutters/fascias/soffits i the use an extendable garden spray lance connected to the customers outside water supply to wash it off...it all works a treat and very quickly.

for conys you can use a 99p hand spraer

The hand ones arent good enough if its a little on the windy side. I seem to get some hard conservatorys that reach is a problem with a bottle sprayer.

What you reckon to this one ? its a 5L

Yes they are good enough for the job,but i get some conservatories that the lance on these just wouldnt reach.This is where a pole comes in handy.Also to do houses how would you reach the gutters etc with that...surely you wouldnt climb a ladder with it?
Applying it with a pole answers most of the questions for access issues.

i use an old brodex 18ft pole put the nozzle from a sprayer on the top with normal pole hose on the end running through the pole connected to the sprayer bottle works a treat.

Easy to reach the gutters/soffits/facias from the ground by pumping to max and turning nozzel to pencil jet

Pump up sprayer and a lance made from small diameter aluminium tubing that B&Q sell.
Nearly allways clean my conservatory roofs from ladders these days too.

I second john tomkins.i've jut bought a £30 hoselock garden sprayer from b&q. it's brilliant and very well made.

turn the nozzle to pencil jet, I reached an apex of a semi easily yesterday!!

I use an old pole that I keep purposely for applying TFR to guttering or conservatory roof's with a tap connected on the pole to switch on/off the TFR flow from pumped up 5l garden sprayer.

TFR goes exactly where it's needed through the fan jets on the brush head. Brush head bristles helps to loosen any stubborn dirt at the same time as applying the TFR. Once TFR has been applied the connection from the garden sprayer is removed and the pole is connected up to an outside tap if available and rinsed off using the same pole.
