recently a lot of my custys have been paying me the following months payment in advance, cleaned today 27/05/2009 next clean is 24/06/2009 some paid  paid me double money, how  do you  put this on george or do i just ad to the notes

Just enter the amount paid in the payment screen it will then indicate weather to post as o/paid or as a tip, just tick the o/paid box then next time you do the clean tick done but dont tick paid it will sort itself out in the main app

When you tick paid box, another box comes up, in that box it will say how much is due, how much is payed and ballance.
If the job is say £10, enter the amount payed as £20, this will then open another box with the option to tick "prepaid or tip", prepaid is automaticaly selected, All you have to do then is click on save
