Strange one for you. I was cleaning an Oven for a new customer yesterday and it turns out she has a burger van and has asked me to clean the inner roof as it is covered in grease etc. Thats a first for me so how do you price it?

Well,
Dependson your over heads, cost of the equipment to use and chemicals.
If you can do it work out roughly how long it will take, add your hourly rate plus a bit for actual profit.
Just price as a normal job either a fixed price or an hourly rate.
