Thats a really good point Sherlock.
Anyone who uses their computer for file sharing i.e napster should be aware that there databases are up for grabs so to speak. Make sure your firewalls are working. There is a site somewhere for testing this, cant remmember it at the moment. Or just save it to disk so its not on your computer. This is really important if you share your computer with family and are not sure what software they use.
Beware - electronic thieft is a massive market.

I bet we all forget to back-up our pc's so do now before its too late.

I had a friend in London who, when talking with someone on one of these sharing things must have upset the other guy, he simply wiped his hardrive. Mate was gutted :D.

Look up SPYBOT free program for sniffing out adware and spyware.
