No probs. There are two stores in question here both within 200 metres of each other. One has 29 20ft plus windows  on two levels and the other 25 8ft plus windows. Plus they want all the escalator glass cleaned too. All this twice a week. New price is £300 a month. Are we anywhere near proper price here?

Don't know how you'll manage to get your van down the mall ;D

Theres a thought. But seriously though I would just use backpack/trolly for the 2nd larger store. Its a nice thought to have someone like M &S on your books but if money isn't right then whats the point?

hi Kleen 07 -

we do close to 20 M and S stores -

if the money isn't rite for new ones we take on i ask for more - in most cases Ive got the price Ive asked for , you will find that they will be going on the store name for costs

eg dear - flagship ok high st - small outlet then down to simply foods - just tell em its a larger store than they have been led to believe

Cheers for that mate. I've already told the contractor that its one of their flagship stores and price quoted just isn't anywhere good enough. He'll be coming back to me on Tuesday with better terms hopefully.
