Rob

things are good we do work all over the north west now which helps has its a wider area to cover, domestic is not overly impressive to be honist be commercial for me is good.

Iv get my self 4 or 5 good contacts im the approved conntractor for one and getting a nice stream of jobs from the others.

We went limited in dec and got a second van in april i also employed my second member of staff.

This didnt half help me has my misses had a little boy 27 april so iv had three weeks off and let the lads get on with it but im getting relly de motivated :(

just picked up 4 new sites for a sheltered housing scheme, iv priced up for a big hotel in manchester completed my first tendor recently with some help.

on the whole business is very very good and its not even been four years.

was you just intrested or did you have a particuly reason?

You looking for cherry picker etc, i looked at it on website and realised it was hard work , im not bothered about that stuff at the minute, just easier jobs :) Taking young lad on 1 day a week now and soon 2, 3 days etc so happy with that but its hard finding work - You lost some residential you were saying, do you think maybe its because you got new lad cleaning windows or something??or money? I havent lost too many but i have lost a few ...
