How To Change a Facelift Clamp??

How is it done fellas?

The only way I can see at the mo is cutting the old one off and glueing the new one on? and losing a bit of pole!

You should be able to 'knock' the clamp upwards off the pole and then re-bond the new clamp back on. This way you will not lose any pole length.

I just cut it off and put the new one on still have more than enough length of pole

Alex i have unger xtel poles..is there anyway of being able to fit the heavy duty clamps to these poles or the xtel ones only ?

The Unger X-Tels are exactly the same in every way (apart from the colour) to standard X-Tel poles. So anything that fits one will fit the other.
