How do I get two IBC'S underground??
« on: May 12, 2009, 11:45:18 pm »
Evening Gents,

I need more space and more water! How would you go about getting two IBC'S underground?

Deep with tubes? or some kind of steal plates?

Eventually I will need more parking so will need to drive over it.

Thanks in advance,

A.J

Could you not invest in a system that can produce water faster rather than the storage route...just a thought.

before ye start contact gas board and water board to find out where pips run in your garden.

these lay about 3 ft underground normally

IBC's aren't very strong and could easily crush under the weight of the soil if buried. You need one of these:

And check for water pipes, gas pipes, sewer pipes, power cables, phone cables etc etc before you go digging!!
