Does anyone know how long it takes to get your money back from Paypal?

I bought a pole from empourium poles about two weeks ago and havent got it yet.

Not only that didnt get a email confirm of the order i rang them 2 times now and emailed once they never get back to you theres never anyone there to answer  ???

Its a dicusting service! really anoyed because there could be a problem with the order they may not got the order, but paypal taken the money out as its there job too! and you canot get intouch with anyone to see if am on the list of orders. They never ring back.

what a joke! they should't be allowed to trade like that.

I think you can cancel your paypal payment as I had a customer do it to me on Sunday.

The problem is really with the supplier, I would file with paypal for not getting your goods, but it is the supplier that is at fault.

Lets face it if you transfer funds from your bank to your paypal account, they tell you it takes 9 days.

How on earth can it take that long?

Open a dispute within your paypal then email the company once more and if no reply then escalate your claim with paypal....paypal will give them 10 days to reply if they don't reply to paypal your money will be refunded straight away.
