Some customers !!

Hi All,

Rang a customer one week before window clean, she said would I also be able to clean the inside of her conservatory and out, including roof. Yes no problem I said,

Did all of it today, rang the door bell, she then said I can’t pay you today I have no money and the husband took the cheque book.


can you beleve that?

It's not odd at all ???

People don't have cash these days and women especially just have credit cards or cash cards coz they cant be bothered with writing cheques.  I get it all the time, nearly every day

You recommended me to one of your customers, do you clean one of his houses

John in south wootton, he is getting me to clean the inside and outside of his conservatory, do you remember?

Your money is very safe with him.. He owns a big caravan park in Snettisham and ive been cleaning there club house and reception windows for years and he always pays...
Do you not clean his house windows?
Im back at the caravan park next week so let me know if he hasnt paid.

They knew he was coming to do the job, they had plenty of time to arrange payment, trying to justify it by saying they only have credit cards and can't be bothered to write cheques isn't good enough.
Try it in Tesco and see what happens ::)

that happened to me yesterday, why do they alway wait until you have done the job,   :( i just gave here the bill, said be back on friday,  theres not much else we can do

I wouldnt of recommended Gazza to them if i knew they wouldnt pay....

No this is a diffierent customer Bazz, not John, I will be doing his concervatory Thusday,
it will take me all day!!

I don't know who does his windows, I will ask, they don't look very clean.

He is a very nice, and he would like me to clean the conser reg,

Exactly, it why i give a 2 weeks payment grace. i expect payment within the 2 weeks and they can pay via bank transfer, cheque or paypal credit card payment.

Yes you do the work, but if you worked anywhere else, like in a factory or shop you dont get paid daily do you? you get paid weekly or monthly.. i see it no difference.

If you cant wait a bit for the money, dont do the work.

Mrs Howlet is fine but i did have the first ever cup of tea from her last time i was there  :-[ and it will be the last  :P

Consiquently, if you ain't got the money to pay, don't ask for it to be done till you have, that's the main reason this country is in the mess it's in.

But it will always be the same  :(
