5000 litres a day is only 208 litres per hour. A good quality 4040 on 100psi inlet pressure should give you this sort of output. Two Merlins on a similar input pressure will do this. The Flexi-Filter system can be combined together to give up to 24 litres per minute, which is 34,500 litres a day.

Ordered some stuff from Purefreedom the other day and while chatting to a helpful chap he was telling me about a system that produced 500 lts in an hour from a 40 inch RO, had a better TDS something to do with pressure but it all sounded good.

Going up to Grimsby next wednesday for a day out ha ha ha! Not rearly, picking up some equipment and a demo on the system.

That must be the same pump that I rung about
WOW  :o you said a TDS of 2 before the di, So are you saying that because its a TDS 2 that sounds like it will save the resin and it will last longer.
They did tell me that I could go home and top up the tank while i had my dinner but i never thought it would be the full tank.
just think about the benifits quicker fill time no more leaving it on for hours / with the pump running of the mains your battery will be fully charged for the morning shift / less resin / less time for neghbours watching the wast water going down the drain saying "what if there is a drought all that water your wasting"
Let us know whats it like cos I think im going to have one
iv got a suit case with a hidden camera in it get some photos an put them on  ;D ;D ;)

I only use a 200GPD RO system from purefreedom, would it be worth getting the 400 or a booster pump as I only have a 350litre tank in the back of my escort van and find that if i have a couple of plastics jobs 350litres doesnt last long.

Im sure a 1000 Lt would be fine it might take a while to fill but if its for topping up im sure it will be ok
if you want to produce it a bit faster a double 20" prefilters a 40 40 RO and 18x6 inch DI Vessel
Not sure but I think their selling the front panels seperatly the one they fit on there tank systems you will have to ask
