Backpack pump replacement problem
« on: May 04, 2009, 08:48:47 pm »
Hi Guys,
Just replaced my pump on my backpack, its running but seems to be drawing water into tank(ie.making bubbles!) instead of sending water up hose.
Now I attached everything as it was before so anybody know what might be happening here.

Confused???Thanks for any replies.

Sounds like it's wired up wrong.
I can remember when waking up stiff in the morning was a good thing.

my sureflow backpack did the same thing (pump wired the wrong way around)

when i rang the company they told me they,ve had a bad batch and just replaced it.

but i,m sure it can only be one wire around the wrong  way.

maybe whoever you got it from can tell you over the phone.
