Ive been using formula 90 powder through my truckmount the last week but experiencing a few clogging porblems in my jet filters, it says on the tin mix 680 grammes to 20 ltrs of stock solution, chemspec tell me that equates to about 15 scoops which i still think is too much can anyone tell me what dilution rate they have found to be the best with this stuff

Some powders don't dissolve fully without hot water. I normally dilute the amount in a suitable amount of hot water then add that to the tank. I tried f 90 3/4 years ago and it did block jets and I didn't really get on with it so I reverted to Ultimate Master, but others swear by it.

Also found the blockage with the powder and used to mix it in a hot bucket and then pour into the fresh tank.

I have used formula 90 powder for years now and I can honestly say it really don't matter how good you mix it up cos it will always end up clogging your system and eventually causing many other bloody problems along the way, trust me I have been there!

All that beside as I think it really is a great product

where it says mix 680 grammes to 20 litres of stock solution, I don`t suppose you have been adding it to 20 litres of chicken stock have you?
This could be where you are going wrong.

I always mix Formula 90 with hot water, however have been trialing Chemspec High Heat and finding that very good, works out a little more expensive but very good for a TM solution.

I dont really like the formula  90 liquid it seems to smell too much of amonia, ive also used the high heat which i think is a really good product.........if your wandering why im using powder its because i got it cheap at the sunny day out
