Hi all,I am going to be getting a gutter vac shortly and need to find a generator that is movable for one perosn, is there any available, from what I am told I need at least a 5kva, the rest of the system, will come from a well known supplier, I am just in 2 minds about the generator from them due to weight, I really do not mind paying a higher priceas long as it is not stupid money, can anyone help on this
We have not supplied Loncin for over six months. We now only supply 5k Stephill generators at cost price to guttervac purchasers. This is the same generator that the major hire shops use due to its reliability.
you SHOULD not expect 1 of your lads to move a 5kva generator, fair too heavyi thought you would be up on your H&S as you employ

ok next thing, can a generator not just be left in the van? This would solve half the problem
Quoteok next thing, can a generator not just be left in the van? This would solve half the problem Yes it can, the generator should be positioned with the exhaust facing out of the doors.
