Contractor wanted
« on: April 20, 2009, 12:26:02 pm »
I have two cleaning compnaies , one domestic, one commercial and we currently book approximately £15k worth of cleaning (minimum) per annum.

Our current carpet cleaner is retiring and I am looking for someone reliable to subcontract all our carpet cleaning work to.

As many of the cleans we carry out are end of tenancy or pre tenancy cleans, the work needs to be high quality and is sometimes short notice although we try to keep that to a minimum!!

So if anyone is out there in the Reading Area and has capacity to do high quality and value for money work, please get in touch.

The furthest afield we go is High Wycombe/Marlow.

Ones contacted by a southern firm wanting me to clean their nursing home carpets, their last cleaner who doesn't do it anymore charged £9 an hour! I asked how much area did he clean in that time they said loads, I asked were you happy with the standard, yes was the reply, I respectfully declined.

Big headed at first but ok after that, attention span of a gold fish but saying that always paid with a tip, his sister went to live in Dubai with some others from his family but here in Sheffield his name is mud as he was too arrogent and flashing his cash and trying to kill other motorists.

He nearly did it was all over the local news but I take your point he wasn't trying to kill anyone but I think that was down to his arrogance, he wrote 2 bentleys off in succession.

Thank you so much for all the genuine replies.

I am sorry if value for money means cheap in your book - I did mean value for money NOT cheap - nothing is ever expensive if it is worth what you pay for it. My emphasis was on quality.

Anyway,  this was my first ever visit to the forum, so I am pleased to get replies.

I will call back over the next day or two.

Many thanks

Jackie

I recognise the difference between value for money and cheap. We work for most of the local letting agents and would be happy to offer you the same deals we give to them. I will be happy to run through them with you. 07592 898298 or 01189 782529.
