Here are the pictures of fan jets that I've put in a Super-Lite (single trim) brush.
Because the 'stock' of the brush is not as thick as a Vikan (or Unger), the jets protrude into the bristles by about 1/4 of an inch. However, there's NO way you could splay the bristles enough to cause the jet to contact the glass.
I like fan jets - they seem to 'wet' the glass better. They're also like a 'mini power washer' - great for 'blasting' water into the corners and for rinsing on glass where the water tends to bead.
