Whatever you do, don't use a turbo nozzle... you will have no mortar left!

Regarding acid and pricing you need to assess what you are getting off, I very rarely use acid unless I am experiencing stubborn stains or efflorescence.  If there is scaffolding then you shouldn't need to use your extendable lance but it is up to you. (They are a pain to be accurate with sometimes.)

Pricing is difficult as it depends on what you want to earn.

If it helps, I charge about £90 plus VAT for a 2 bedroomed flat in a block.  Can earn about £450 a day doing them at this price.

Aciding only adds to your costs and time and is rarely necessary in my experience, some will tell you different and it is very much whatever suits you best.

If it is an NHBC site, then make sure you have written confirmation from the site manager that the mortar has had the required amount of time to go off properly before you start, they could kick you off site if you don't have this.

Hope this helps.
