Hi Gavin,

This is how I try to do things, If its CC staff then I imagine you will be looking at a little more due to the increased potential profits per man hour.

General cleaning staff 6.50 per hour

CC staff 8.50 per hour

Weekends + 15%

Night work +50%

We pay £12.82 per hour cleaning (£10.00 per hour after tax) and £6.41 (£5.00) for travelling time in excess of 1 hour each way - also get fully paid breaks.

This is a flat rate irrespective of working hours - it's a swings & roundabouts thing. :D

Never have a problem putting a good crew together.

This is for all deep cleans inc CC.

DOC paid at a lower rate depending upon location/working times/supply & demand etc.

Hope this helps
