hi guys,
customer has asked for a certificate having cleaned her carpets ready for rental. They had a dog and are required to produce this for the rental. Can i do this and is there a special treatment for this.

Cheers. Happy Easter

You should be able to just give them a receipt for the carpets having been cleaned but if its relevant to the dog having been there you might have to spray insecticide as well and note this on the bill. This is what is usually required by military properties because just cleaning the carpets doesnt always kill all the little things living on an animal.Regards Alan (swindon)

The carpets in this property have been cleaned with **********and has been treated with *********which is pesticidal exterminator and inhibitor at the recomended rate of application.

Date applied.......................................................Applied by...........................................................

Next application due...................................................

Or similar to above. You are just stating that you have cleaned and protected the carpets throughout the property using a named product which claims to do what it says on the label.

Thanks for the help,
by the sounds of it just proof of having the carpets cleaned and treated with the appropriate chemicals for pets is all they want.
