Little things that mean so much

Got a cheque in the post yesterday with a note saying " Thanks very much for the gleaming windows ! ". How long did that take her? A few seconds and it made me feel really good. It's the little things like this that really make me enjoy this job.

Had a customer just tell me she was pleased with our service...makes you feel good does'nt it.

When somebody takes a few seconds to attach a note to the cheque thanking me for a job well done it absolutely makes my day...also it works for the customer too as I make damn sure next time round I'll try even harder!

Simon, I should have added what you said because that's exactly how I feel. These customers get top treatment from me. I always remember who's been nice and who's been a pain. ;)

"" thank you for an excellent service over the last few years..(9 years), but we wont need your sevices anymore"   :D :'( :'( :'(

i think its just down to finances , it kind of softened the blow :(

I've had people ringing me to say how good the windows looked,it's a great feeling but I did have one ringing up moaning about a smear on her kitchen window so I said I would call back in the morning,been big headed as I am I asked her was it on the inside and she was definate it was on the outside so I went around that morning to sort it out and after driving seven miles out of my way,guess what................................




IT WAS ON THE INSIDE! >:( >:( >:( >:(I did the inside to show her,why do I bother! :-\

Not being funny but if somebody phoned me to complain about " a smear" I'd be sorely tempted to tell them to get a life!

I got a cheque in the post this morning with a letter attached it said from the lady
