worked yesterday morning came ome then loaded upto to do leather work but
turned the key half way and the dash went like close encounters of the 3rd kind
1 min the lights worked then not central locking not working right
so I thought batt prob but had to look at it this morning & nothing no power at all !!
checked the power in the batt and saying full but nothing going to anything in the van at all

ANY ADVISE WOULD BE GREAT ( & coming here b4 mechanic )

You might be better going to an auto electrician.

My mate is an auto elec and he does all the audi recovery and most breakdowns are electrical..

Bleeding computers, one of our cars is driving us nuts with the computer cutting in constantly with messages about brakes, lights, indicators being faulty.

Assume it's not the alternator that's died although you don't normally get the lighting display when srarting that you described. Just dead electrics but inexpensive to fix.

get it sorted then get rid vivaros are crap vans will cos ya loads gear boxs go on em then the petrol pumps go lol then the engines go then the cpu pack up lol ;D

Might be something simple like a blown fuse.

Vauxhall ? my wifes corsa is allways having trouble with a lose connection on the ecu,same sort of thing only hers just dies  :(

There is a small male and female conector in the fuse compartment and sometimes they can become disconected from speed bumps etc..

If it was fine and  is now dead The most likely reason is................a battery lead needs tightening !!

dont know if its any help. had a simular problem on my master van. it was the main fuse located on the battery terminals. cost about £30. from main dealers  think was a 30amp fuse
