Hi Bryan,
Are you asking us for our ideas and suggestions, if we have any?

I've never been, but if that is what you are asking, then maybe people who have been could say what they liked and what they didn't.

As you know, some things, like the motor show have been cancelled because of the credit crunch and lack of exhibitors, so doubtless the first thing you will talk about at the meeting is will it take place.

Ian ferguson's franchiase  talk created a great deal of genuine interest on here.

There have been some good marketing threads on this forum, and things have moved on a lot from what might be expected. There's an american/canadian called the window cleaning coach who's a bit of a live wire. The trouble with this side of things is that those in the know want to keep their gob's shut for obvoius reasons.

I think you'd get somebody to talk about window cleaning websites, and search engine optimisation.

I'd be happy to give some advice/talk on setting up a website, hosting, email and SEO if people would find this useful?

Bryan

You could have a talk on how Window Cleaning will be in the future.

For instance, WFP was not considered a viable window cleaning method until the last few years, yet it will be come the normal way of cleaning most propertys in the near future.

Now the window cleaning trade is moving  forward, what is the next methods, that might make window cleaning better and more profitable??

Also how can you transfer this information to the general pubic??? to benefit of all window cleaners, not just the selected few.

how about a bit on employment and employment law, a lot on hear have discussed taking on employees and yet little is said about employees rights which can become a big issue when employing people ie holiday pay, N.I.C sick pay and disciplinary procedures.
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt
