anybody know whats happened at lttc in harrogate?

I was there on monday, I have sent e mail , i,ve replied on their contact us message ,on there web site and telephoned .
Not a sausage , very dissapointing  :

looks like i might have to order from else where.

panic over,

Judy has  phoned me staight away, obviously customer service still as good as ever,
proberbly me not getting the mail right 

and might I add , well worth the visit on Monday.
