the bit under the pointy bits on tip. very hard to get into. Any one got some tips please

First of all, spray some water in from a hose pipe to soften and loosen the stuff. Take the brush off your pole and wrap a microfibre round it. Just have a poke about and you can tease out most of the twigs and leaves etc that somehow get stuck in there. Any dust etc will get loosened. Then a quick rinse with a hose and the job's done.
