i think this product will have a big impact on our business when it arrives here, and then again it will be good for us as we can use the head of these on our own pole using pure water and not tap water as stated, also it will be a much better clean using pure water

yep it sure will...i meant wont...this sort of thing has been around forever it wont effect us at all...I clean " self cleaning glass " ? people who use window cleaners do so beacuse they either dont or cant find the time to do them,there selves

In all fairness the squeegee was an American gimmick! But I think in the case of "apply Windex sponge and hose yer windows down" we're pretty safe

another thing, anyone can buy a telescopic pole and backpack, and start ther own w/c buisness stick the micropad head onto the pole, washing the glass only, not frames, and may get away with it, and if there water is fairly soft they could get away with it, its not the public i worry about,

the people that will use it will be the same people that already clean their own windows.
unless it includes a packet of motivation, it won't effect most peoples atitude.
maybe they will sell it with the magnetic window sponge squegee, so they can do both sides

I love things like this lol!. people always say to me, arent you concerened about self cleaning glass. well let me tell you before i was a wc i sold double glazing for a national company, and self cleaning glass is VERY expensive and i only rate it for use in conservatory roofs where the garden in south facing as it needs sunlight to work.

Not only that just look at how many houses still dont have double glazing and yet it has been around for over 40 years!

Can find it for sale anywhere, I bet its £20 and £6.99 for the refills. One pad only does 20 windows, best just buy and applicator on a pole with some fairy liquid if you ask me.

Or if you are too lazy, dont have the time, cant due to hieght etc , or just dont want too call me.

And as the water splashes against the rendering it will bring all sorts of minerals streaking down the glass.
