« on: March 25, 2009, 11:47:54 am »

If you don't want to rain..also fine..I'll put in a days work.

Just stop this rain/sun/rain/sun/rain/sun malarky >:(

Oh and you wind...give it a rest will ya?

Right, that's it. 3rd time this morning I've pulled up at customers house and it's started to rain. I'm pulling stumps for the day and going down the pub for a couple.

got to say i really am confused with all this not working in the rain nonsense ????

If you use wfp and provided it's not torrential whats the problem ?

Now gales or very strong winds are different health and safety etc, but rain come on you lot get on with it.

lot to be said for local work,if its fine i can be on any of my work in 10 mins
true that stan i am waiting for a round to come up locally so i can do it on rainy days trouble is it wont get done otherwise :( my work is good though so if i do a long day i can easily make up lost income :) Alot of it is the fact i only have 3 days a week so i end up wussing out thinking ive got a few days left, and then cram it into end of week haha!! Maybe i should be busier and then i would get out in the rain, was windy though today!!

I went out on my mountain bike and when i got on top of the pennines not only did my bike get blown away from me  :o when i put it down, but then it was hailing and was being smashed into my face at 30+ miles an hour - not fun, glad my work isnt up high round there!
