I got photochromatic/reactolite lenses in my specs - they really help with the bright sunlight/headaches etc.

I use very good sunglasses, my dad has always insisted since i was little i wear good sunglasses. I used to sell sunglasses on the internet once and made alot of money out of it, I was only 15 in school, dont have time to do it anymore, and window cleaning pays so well

Raybans are the best imo. Getting a new pair of wayfarers soon. Bur for work a pair of wrap arounds is best, like Oakleys
Ffenest ( est 2007 ) is a fully insured premium quality window cleaning service based at Llandderfel near Bala. All our work is guaranteed, rain or shine, year round.

is ther a good sort if you all ready wear specs

I have polarised prescription lenses, they are a must have for me. The only thing is, as soon as I put them on the bloody sun goes in.

No that was me, not trevor.

Yes they do. But I find they go darker quicker than they return to lighter. But driving at night is no problem and car headlights don't seem to darken them.
It's a game of three halves!
