Work For Sale (Newcastle Under Lyme Area)
« on: March 23, 2009, 09:17:47 pm »
Going into other areas so will be selling 'some' of my round in the Newcastle area

Will work exact figures out for any interested party but it will be roughly about 800quids worth of monthly work that takes about 3 days every other wk!  so 6 days work in 4wks for 800quid!

All houses are good houses and not the crap i want to just get rid of, all good payers, all have easy access and all pretty compact! all good priced houses!!

Currently all done the traditional way but dont see any reason why you couldnt convert to WFP!

Work also has alot of scope to expand as all work is on huge estates!

Looking for at least £2500 ono which in my humble opinion is a bargain

Cheers

thats not a bad price for good paying trad work, with wfp you could easily knock 30% of the clean time off that - so that would be something like 4 days work paying £800, established customer base too.

Shame really that I'm up in sunny braehead.

but yes £2500 is a bit of a bargain assuming details posted are correct.
I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!

yeah its a bargain, need to shift it quick though as dont want the work to get behind as its currently bang upto date apart from todays wind!

I can do this work in 3/4days weather dependant (Not full days) every fortnight and all work is priced well for the Stoke On Trent area

Just looked at your site very good, hopefully mine will look like that, unless youve already seen, its not bad.

Have you lost your Wimpey contracts aswell, we were given no notification at all.

Yes mate,

All building cleans are finished now,

I concentrate mainly on domestics although Ive got quite a few sub-contracts with FM companies etc.

The work in stone looked good mate it was just that we were a behind and hadnt seen the work.

It was abit of a risk paying for 15 houses when canvassing is just as easy and theyd be my own customers, If just 2 or 3 had cancelled I wouldve been gutted.

Glad it went well though mate,
