Hi there, I have the message at the bottom in every proposal, contract and on every invoice I issue. I've never actually had to go down the small claims route before, but I know people that have and it consumes time. You need to get the client to sign to an agreement for credit terms. We will invoice at the end of every 4 week period for work that has been completed and in each invoice it shall state the service/products and the provision dates it covers.
