once knocked a small ceramic watering can off the end off a radiator shelf and knocked the spout off. rummaged around and found some tippex and voila a great job. my mate knocked a large tv off its stand completely cracking it. he had to stump up £500 pound.

remember many years ago at servicemaster the boss always kept a big water pistol and 2ltr bottle irn bru never told me why until he lost the head with some guy who would not pay his bill for suite clean.we went back and back but he just would not pay up.we went back another time and he was not at home well the boss filled up the gun with the iron bru and let rip through the letterbox with the gun....well you can only laugh huh

Admit your fault to the customer, better them know what has happened than finding out later, that is when the Proverbial hits the Fan !!
