lol i just bought some TFR today, and it came with very...very few instructions.
it didnt mention anything about being casutic, i assume that would be clearly labelled?
it did mention alkaline though, that still ok to use?

My non caustic variety left some nice run marks that won't come off when it dried on.

I've only ever used the caustic, had the ok off the manufacturers that its fine as long as you dilute and use it properly, been using it over 2 years and no windows/frames/conservatories/roofs have melted yet

tfr can stain the glass if not diluted enough or left on glass too long if this happens then buy some crystal clear 550 from the window clean centre this moves the marks easily.

just another quick one on this topic,
could you use your WFP, or say the spare backpack i have, to apply TFR or Hypochlorite bleach or would it damage pumps/pipes/plastics or general workings of the pump? and what about the condition it would leave the brush?

It won't affect the brush, but Hypo will damage the pump seals if you don't dilute it enough.
