no it's the new 'Ben Nevis' TM by Prochem( Uk spec ), this one comes with new added customer service, just goes to show that they are listening to their customers ;D

           Hey I put the pic up as a laugh! I am sorry you feel the way you do, but you cannot expect every member of a large company to be compliant with Truckmounts! Area Executives and Truckmount engineers can help regarding Truckmount queries!

No Lee it was the attitude on the phone as if what I asked was too much, I was only wanting to spend £15K of my money! and when the literature didn't arrive that stopped my line of enquiry and Hydramaster got the money instead.
