Host Machine

Hi,
 I am looking for a new motor for my host machine ( early type )  does any one know where I can buy one from.

I presume that, by motor, you mean armature. It's quite fiddly and involved to remove, but relatively straight forward. All fasteners are US size, so you might have trouble with the hex key size. You'll need your machine's serial number and don't forget to order a new pair of carbon brushes too. Don't use the old ones. Ask host about spec for grease for gearbox when you're re-assembling. Check the bearings whilst disassembled.
