Remove what the body fat?
Or the limescale?
First I would use a lime scale remover, leave on for 20 - 30 minutes. re-apply then leave again then wash. If its body fat... go to your chemical supplier and ask for a chemical to remove body fat...there are plenty. Spray on and leave for a while and simple wipe down.
You could always use a window squeegee.
Hope it helps
