hi there anybody know what the best products /methods are for cleaning consevatory roofs without the need for an expensive access ladder .a window cleaner told me he uses a mild solution of bleach sprayed on ,left to dwell for 10 mins then rinsed with water ,will this work?

You should NOT use chemicals like that if you don't know what they are going to do, it could cost you loads if it damages the roof or drips onto sills!

Start with something mild and then work up, the information you get off doing this one job will pay dividends when you come to do others AND know what you are talking about when you talk to the next potntial customer.

Pre wfp I would use the same as I did for window cleaning (Fairy - made up stronger) applicate and then blade with a conventional pole.

Now I use GG4 pure water and wfp brush and rinse. Works better and quicker too!

Water fed brush connected to the tap - been doing it like this before they invented PURE water 

Plastic sheet roofs - no need for chemicals , I find they come up like new , gutters and fancy bits I just wipe with sill cloth dipped in bucket with fairy  - wet  a green pad  for the tough bit .

I had one customer 2 months back that wanted me to clean the white bits with CIF/JIF co's that’s what  the conservatory company said to use - the outcome didn't look no different to how we do it before - yes I charged her extra for the bottle of CIF 

 I do 2 conservatorys with glass roofs a month ( big buggers ) the customers are pleased with the outcome ( till I lose the jobs to a PURE water fed firm  )

We do it the same as jsm except the first time we go over the roof we use a very large pressure bottle thing - the type that has a pump handle on the top - and go over the glass with windscreen wash and a water fed brush.

Then we rinse it off with the water fed brush connected to the mains.

So far, we've never come across mould etc that couldn't be remove.

As above just be carefull of the fennalls some arn't fixed they are just sloted into groove, a bugger to put back if you push them out, also some con roofs are not sealed under the top ridge so if you direct hose jet up the roof the water can go in side and cause damage (espesially to electrics).

dont listen to them....... i have a water fed sistem.all puifide never had eny proberlems....selling set up. because.imbuying bigger one...
