Get something like this, then get 40 Tesco trolley wheels ( or from B&Q ) wouldn't have to fill up all month. 50 yards of garden hose 1/2 inch, truck wash brush and off you go. You may have a bit of trouble with access, back gates etc.
Like I said WFP is new over here. :
