a customer has decided to go else where as i wasnt going to come and do her windows this week as a special shes missed the last 3 cleans due to being out and has missed a total of 5 out of  the last 12 and im due there next week now her mate has decided to go with her  she cancelled about 10 mins ago one was under priced anyway but i did pick some new work up this weekend that will more than cover them

I've had one like this; a mean old woman who we dropped; but this was about seven years ago.

I can't believe established window cleaners keep stuff like this on their 'books'.

tosh they were not done simply because she wouldnt leave the gate open or leave a key with a neighbour they wanted their windows done on a friday but not if it was wet / going to be wet lol they are smack bang in the middle of 14 customers thats why i was more than patient with them they should of gone long ago

People like this are after a 'special service' and unless you can charge them a 'specially high price', don't bother with them.
